I never blogged about seeing jónsi.
This is a tiny-little-not-nearly-as-awe-inspiring bit of what me and Phil saw.
It was magical. Phil had seen them once before so he was slightly less insanely excited than I was, although I did notice the wild grinning I was doing was being equally matched by my dear friendy... I love music. I love it even more when I'm at a show with one (or more) of my favorite people and I can't stop smiling or moving and afterward we talk about the set over cigarettes during the long walk back to the car. And Phil is a supreme lover of music so it's especially fun to hang out at shows with him. He is also supremely awesome for inviting me and letting me have his extra ticket. Here's to music and friends and jónsi.
